Intake Session: $180

60 minute Session: $160

45 minute Session: $125

Payment is due at time of service, payment can be made by check or credit card. 

Insurance

Bev is working to be credentialed with most major insurance companies, including Iowa Medicaid. Before starting therapy, it is important you confirm with your insurance company:

• If Bev is in-network or out-of-network for your policy.

• If your benefits cover the type of therapy you will receive.

• If your benefits cover in-person and telehealth sessions.

• If you will be responsible for any portion of the payment.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Missed appointments or failure to give appropriate notice could result in a $50 cancellation fee. These fees are not covered by insurance.

Good Faith Estimate 

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to every client who is either uninsured or is not planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the total estimated cost of the healthcare services they seek. Please discuss any questions you might have regarding the Good Faith Estimate with your therapist.
